GUIDANCE FOR HOME VISITS   01/06/20

In line with government guidelines; on the day of fitting/measuring our fitter/estimator will be wearing latex gloves, carry anti-bacterial hand sanitiser and have protective masks which will be worn at customers discretion.

During the installation the fitter may remove their protective mask.

They will ring all customers prior to any fitting/measuring jobs to confirm they are OK and that the customer is fit and healthy for the job to be carried out.

Once they arrive the customer is to show the area/areas the fitters/estimator will be installing/measuring; then the customer should vacate the room/house until the works are complete.

The fitter/estimator and customer must ensure they maintain social distancing throughout the visit.

All doors, and if possible windows, to be left open during the installation and customer to leave lights on in fitting areas if necessary.

All areas must be clear of furniture and existing floorings and subfloors cleaned unless prior arrangements have been made with Britannia Carpets.

All monies and balances to be paid either by card over the phone to the shop or by BACS, including any extra works carried out by fitters on the day and will be inclusive of VAT.

We would like to thank you for your continued support and hope that you appreciate these new measures are in line with government guidance for you and our fitters health and wellbeing.

Thank you from the Price Family,
